PRIVACY POLICY OF MOON PADS

Moon Pads respects the privacy of all our customers and potential customers.
We will not give or sell any information about you to any other party.
As a very small business, Moon Pads relies on word-of-mouth of customers and friends to 'spread the word' about reusable products. To keep you up-to-date on new products and special deals we do send occasional eNewsletters.
Please let us know if you want to be added to or removed from our mailing list.

HOW TO ORDER FROM MOON PADS

There are a number of different ways you can order from us:

Via Mail Order:
1. Please make sure you include the following information on the order form:

Your name and full postal address;
Your e-mail address and /or telephone number so we can sort out any uncertainties about your order quickly.
2. Indicate products required.
3. Add postage:

Within Australia add $6.50 per 15 pads.
For postage to all other countries add $15 per 15 pads.
For larger orders please contact us for details of postage costs.
Prices for the Keeper and the NFM Kits include postage within Australia. However, postage will be charged for overseas orders.
4. Print out your order.
5. Put in envelope with payment in Australian dollars by Money Order or cheque or credit card details.
6. Mail to Moon Pads, PO Box 118, Sandy Bay, Tasmania 7006, Australia.

Via email with payment online using PayPal:
My web site is not hosted on a secure server... so to protect your payment details I do not have an online shopping basket. Instead...
1. Write me a *text* email to info at moonpads.com.au with the details of the products you want, including colour choices as per the order form, including your mailing address and phone number, but NOT your credit card details. Do not try to forward the order form from the website, as it loses all your info in the process - please write a text email!
2. I will then invoice you by email and give you the link to make your payment securely online using PayPal. There you can pay by either credit card or bank transfer of funds without telling me your details.

Via Phone:
1. Work out the products you want.
2. Send a *text* email to info at moonpads.com.au with the details of the products you want, including colour choices as per the order form, your mailing address and phone number. Do *not* try to email the order form from the website - it loses all your personal data on the way! Do NOT email your credit card details - you need to phone me to give me that.
3. Have your credit card handy for payment. Phone us. Be aware that although I work from home the phone is not attended at all times.
4. Use the answering service if I am not available. I need your name, the kind of card (Visa or Mastercard only), the numbers, the expiry date and your phone number.
Don't want to send an email with your order details before phoning?
You will have to catch me at home via phone... after 8.30 am and up to 10pm Australian Eastern Daylight Savings time.

SHIPPING DETAILS

Your order will be shipped within Australia by Parcel Post or overseas by 'Economy Air' mail as soon as your full payment is received and cleared by our bank.
All payments in Australian dollars, please.
Payment by Money Order or bank certified cheque is preferred. Personal cheques are accepted, but product will not be sent until your cheque is cleared by the bank. All credit card payments are submitted for authorisation of payment.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

Our policy regarding payment by:

Australian Money Order or International Postal Note products will be mailed as soon as possible after receipt of order.
Bank Certified Cheque products will be mailed as soon as possible after receipt of order.
Personal Cheque Australian bank accounts only products will be mailed after payment is cleared by your bank.
Credit card products will be mailed after authorisation given for payment.
PalPal products will be mailed as soon as possible after PayPal sending us confirmation of your payment.

All prices are in Australian dollars. Exchange rate used will be at the rate used at your bank at the time your payment is processed.

RETURNS POLICY

At Moon Pads we are proud of our products and guarantee all our workmanship within 30 days of purchase. Any defective products will be replaced free of charge. (See elsewhere for The Keeper 90 day satisfaction guarantee)
Any Moon Pads products which are unsatisfactory for any other reason must be returned within 14 days for replacement or refund.
Return postage for any reason other than guarantee is at customer's expense.
Where appropriate, purchase price of returned goods will be refunded less postage and handling costs. Where goods are exchanged any additional costs, including postage, will be charged to customer.
