Allergic to rubber?

Please do not use The Keeper - it is made of natural gum from the rubber tree.

Allergy symptoms can include itching or stinging feelings, which generally get worse over time.

If you find the first period comfortable, the next less so, the following one worse... stop using The Keeper. This is a classic "allergy response" and you should contact your supplier to arrange a refund. Please note that The Keeper must be returned within 90 days of purchase, and a refund is only given where the tab has not been completely removed.

Is there an alternative for women allergic to rubber?

Yes! There are menstrual cups made of silicon. Unfortunately none of these are registered with the Therapeutic Goods Administration in Australia at this time, so it is not legal to SELL them within Australia. However there is no reason why an individual cannot BUY them legally from overseas.
